Mirage Casino in Las Vegas will reopen on August 27th 2020
MGM Resorts International has announced today that its Las Vegas-based Mirage resort will reopen on August 27th, after several months of closure due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The company has described how they will reopen the property following all guidelines and security plans in place to prevent the spread of the coronavirus among customers and employees. Key policies to be implemented include employee screening, temperature controls and specific training for Covid-19. Employees and guests will be required to wear masks. The operator recorded a net loss of 42.5 million euros in the first half of 2020.
Reopening the Mirage Hotel & Casino not only will bring back business, but will also bring back employees to work as this will surely benefit of the local comunity.
